- I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2003 and since then I have had six regimes of chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant; a significant pulmonary embolism and two dvts, have become diabetic and had a plate inserted in each arm and a pin in my leg in February 2007. I was included in the Lenalidomide Study at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh. After 6 months of no treatment I went on a chemo regime involving prednisolone, melphalan and thalidomide. I'm now off that but my paraprotein is now rising quite quickly

What kind of rash? I'm asking because my mom started taking Revlimid a month ago and has since developed a horrible rash. It is scabbing and is fluid filled. Her doctor is not sure if it's from the Revlimid as they haven't seen any other Myeloma patients with a rash like my mom's. We are going crazy trying to figure it out. Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated
